Location: the hotel was near to pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, middle, and a museum. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Golden Sheep Restaurant, ate there once or twice. The room was a nice size, had a living room and a kitchen area👍❤

I greatly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose it for my next trip. The staff were nice, and the beds were cozy. The room was extremely spacious and included a large bathroom. The location was good, only a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful palm-filled oasis.

Al Massa hotel disappointed us.I Chose this hotel after reading online about the price and facilites offered but it was below my and my family's expectations.Other hotels for the same price or less in the Uae and other places were much better.this hotel lacked in cleanliness (dusting had not been done and the bathroom fixtures was broken and the bathtub slightly stained.Ac remote was not in one of the rooms.the food ordered was below par too.

Incredibly beautiful accommodation with MAGNIFICENT setting close enough to city center and shopping malls as well as all the restaurant. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.
No balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Al Ain. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect venue for our event. Its location right next to the city center and shopping malls like Al Ain City Centre, as well as various shops and landmarks, was ideal.

the room was in hopeless condition when we checked in with condom packets lying under the bed. the LCD TV clarity was the worst i have ever seen. Moreever, the breakfast was supposed to be AED25 per person unlimited. Although I mentioned at the counter, we are thru' Booked.net, they served breakfast for only AED 25 as per their menu pricelist. The food quality / taste was well below standard.

Door lock chain broken. the LCD TV clarity was the worst i have ever seen. Moreever, the breakfast was supposed to be AED25 per person unlimited. Although I mentioned at the counter, we are thru' Booked.net, they served breakfast for only AED 25 as per their menu pricelist. The food quality / taste was well below standard. I already announced in my conference that day to all attendees that never step into Al-Massa Hotel unless you dont have a place to sleep in Al-Ain.

Front parking lot
Its is the worest experiance of my life, I dont even have the words to deecribe how this hotel was which I could not stay over and I had to make a new reservation in another hotel. Beside losing what I paid for a service I did not get the hotel did not refund me for cancelling my reservation. The room is not clean, it feles like someone been using it, bed and lenin very dirty, the furniture worn- out, the a/c is not working, the toilet worst than a public toilet and the list is goning on. I strongly recommend to Booked.net to remove this hotel from their list to save customers from what I have suffered.

It was a bit accessible to my course site, that was my primary reason of choosing al massa hotel
1. When I first approach the receptionist last Feb 26 at 1600, I got no greetings at all or even a smile (female/Filipino). However, the night receptionist (male/Filipino), he was so courteous and polite. 2. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom in room 124. It was so inconvenient for someone to use the comfort room when you are uncertain that someone will gonna look at you from the hole. I even took my bath without a light because of that anxiety. I noticed it late evening of my checked in. I did not bother to notify the reception because, I'm staying in the room only for sleep, since I spent the whole day of my 2-day stay out of the room. 3. The sink was leaking. 4. When I arrived, there was no towel/tissue. It's an SOP (standard operating procedure) in any hotel to supply the needs of the customer especially toiletries. I still called up and ask for towel, tissue. The second after I came back to the room. Again toiletries such as shampoo, bath gel was not supplied. I called the reception for my request, but the hotel boy told me that shampoo was out of stock. 5. Table and cabinet rack are filled with dust. 6. Customer Service Number is not working, so better indicate in the telephone directory that its not functional and just direct any call or necessity to the reception. 7. No wifi available in the room. But I have asked from top hotel apartment their room rate is 290 with toiletries supplied, wifi covered in each room. I don't mean to degrade your service. I'm just telling the truth/my experience and I believe my feedback will help ameliorate your service to attract more customers. Customer Service Training would as well be mandatory for the staff so they will know how to establish rapport and maintain good staff-customer relationship. I should have taken pictures about my statements so it will be followed up by the management.

Very bad customer service & facilities. The staff is not polite ,and does not respond properly. They should renovate their rooms & improve customer service.

The location is very central. Plenty of room in the flat.
It helps if you can get a Bowl for soup and a coffee mag. Just a glass is not civilized!!!!!
